Transportation; send out goods
We have warehouses in both the United States and Europe. The transportation time requires approximately 10-15 workers. Some of the overseas warehouses are out of stock, so they need to be shipped from China, which will take approximately 1-2 months for transportation.
EHodax has the right to cancel and refund, provided that transportation services cannot be provided to the designated destination or the goods cannot be delivered normally.

All of our electric scooters come with a one-year warranty service, but it does not include easily worn parts such as tires, brakes, chains, and seats.
If the battery, dashboard, throttle, controller and other accessories are damaged, you can contact our customer service for consultation.
The warranty terms only provide protection for product manufacturing defects. Damage caused by general wear and tear, accidents or collisions, damage caused by intense riding, water damage, overweight situations, or any damage caused by improper use by riders are not covered by the warranty.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a quote for repair or replacement and related shipping costs will be provided. All warranty claim decisions are final.

Return and Exchange Policy
We believe that it is crucial for our customers to be able to inspect their purchased goods in the same way as shopping in physical stores.
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. The cost of returning the goods needs to be borne by the customer themselves
