Refund & Returns Policy

After receiving the goods, customers can return or exchange them within 7 days. If the return is due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer will pay for the return shipping fee. Once we have inspected the goods and found them intact, we will provide you with a return and refund.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, please contact customer service as soon as possible and send pictures of the damaged parts. Once we receive the pictures, we will send you the corresponding replacement parts free of charge.
If the goods are damaged during transportation due to improper packaging by the buyer, we will deduct the corresponding amount according to the degree of damage to the goods.
